Surgeon-Led academic leadership

Surgeon-Led academic leadership

SEA’s faculty is composed of experienced surgeons actively involved in clinical practice, education, and research.

This ensures that all training is grounded in real-world surgical experience and academic rigor.

Faculty members collaborate closely with TROGSS and other academic organizations to support standardized, high-quality robotic surgical education.

Mentorship as the foundation of learning

Mentorship as the foundation of learning

At SEA, mentorship is central to education.

Faculty members guide trainees through shared experience, structured supervision, and open academic exchange.

This mentorship-driven model fosters professional growth, ethical decision-making, and long-term development within the global surgical community.
